WAVES

& WELL-BEING

We’re very excited to be coming together for our waves & well-being programme. Thank you for being a part of our journey and we’re proud to be small part of yours. 

Please arrive for 9:30am, we will have introductions and get to know each other before getting kitted out with wetsuits and boards and heading to the beach. Please wear warm, comfortable clothes and ensure you have swim wear and a towel for changing. Our post code is SA12 6QW and there is a pay and display car park across the road. The session will run for approx 3 hours. 

Over the next four weeks together we will be focusing our energy on building resilience through release - covering our physical, emotional, mental & social resilience - with the hope that you will take some of the principles away with you.

Our time together will allow you to make connections with others, the ocean and yourself. If you have any questions ahead of your session please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Your well-being journey starts now

 

We ask that you complete our online resilience self assessment ahead of your first session.

 

This is completely anonymous and the questions are designed to force you to take 5 mins out, to pause and to help you assess your physical, emotional, mental and social resilience levels. The responses will also collectively allow us to get a feel for the groups energy. 

 

Please remember that just like a bank account your resilience levels change over time - there are no right or wrong answers so answer thinking of how you see yourself generally operating in the world at this point in your life. 

We will ask you to complete this exercise again at the end of the programme.

Medical Form

 

Before you attend, you have to complete our medical form. This is important so that we are aware of anything that may impact your experience with us, and also so that we have emergency contact details in the unlikely event of them being needed.
