This must be completed by one person in your party who will take responsibility for all rentals.

I understand that I need to collect and return any rented equipment at the agreed times as per my booking confirmation

I accept that rental is undertaken at my own risk and that SSW will not accept any responsibility for any injuries obtained during the rental

I accept that any belongings are left and stored at my own risk and SSW will not accept any responsible for damage/losses

I understand that if renting a SUP board, bouyancy aids should be worn and if i refuse to take one then i am putting myself at risk. And if i loose a paddle i understand i will be charged £30.

You must upload photo identification that will be used in the event that equipment is not rightfully returned. Please note SSW have the right to inform the Coastguard/RNLI/Police if equipment is not returned on time.
