We’re excited to welcome you to our 2024 season. Please see below some important information ahead of your session.

  • The start time is the time the session will start. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to change into your wetsuit - so arrive atleast 10/15 minutes if needed before the scheduled start time - as soon as the group are ready they will head to the beach and therefore if you arrive late, you will be required to check in and then take your child down to the waters edge and make the coach aware they have arrived

  • We strongly advise that parents accompany the children down to the waters edge and are present for the duration of the session in the event of the child needing assistance with their boards, first aid needed or a trip to the toilet.

  • If you can’t make one of your sessions you will not be able to move to another day. If you can't make one of your sessions let us know so we know not to expect you - you can message us on our website chat, social media channels or email us.

  • If we have to cancel due to bad weather we will move the session to an alternative date or provide you with credit towards a future booking.

Surfboard Fins

  • The session will start at the scheduled start time

  • Arrive 10-15mins before the start time to allow time to get changed into your wetsuit

  • On arrival please make yourself known to a member of staff who will check you in and give you a wetsuit

  • Head to one of the surf stations which will be set up with a board, a bucket and your rash vest

  • There are no changing rooms so we recommend you wear your swimsuit under your clothes - we also sell changing toweled robes for £25

  • Once changed, place your belongings into your bucket

  • You will then have a safety briefing on land

  • Pair up to carry your boards - its a lot easier! Our coaches cannot help you to carry boards therefore please assist your child if they need help carrying the board to the beach.

  • Parents/Guardians are strongly advised to stay with children for the duration of the session

  • Surfboards will be placed in a semi-circle for any demonstrations

  • You will carry out a warm up before hitting the waves

  • If you need assistance on the waves in the water then your coach or volunteer may be able to help - please ask for assistance.

Camping at the Beach

  • Approx 5/10 minutes before the end of the scheduled finish time we will head back up to your surf station

  • Please place the board on the railings, remove your wetsuit and place it in the allocated bucket along with the rash-vest

  • Remember we dont have changing rooms so make sure you have a towel/changing robe to get dressed
