GETTING READY

  • Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time - if you are late for the session then the group may have already left for the beach and the coach cannot stay behind to wait for you

  • On arrival please head to check in where you will be given a board and wetsuit (if you have your own wetsuit then ofcourse you are welcome to use that). We asked for your wetsuit size when you checked in but don’t worry if toy need a different size on the day.

  • All equipment will be disinfected before and after use for your safety

  • There are no changing rooms available so we recommend you wear your swimsuit under your clothes so that you can change on your surf station, using a towel/changing robe if needed

  • Once changed please store your belongings in your own vehicle if possible, we will safely store your keys for you. If you did not travel to us in a vehicle then please ensure you are able to store your belongings in a bag that we can then store for you.

Surfers on the Beach

HEADING TO THE BEACH

  • Time to head to the beach, you can pair up if required with one person at the front and one person at the back of the boards - keeping 2m distance between you.

  • Any spectators are welcome to head down to the beach but must ensure they keep a 2m distance at all times

  • Your boards will then be placed in a semi-circle, and you will undertake a warm up

  • Please remember this is not a surf lesson. A coach will be in the water surfing with you and can be on hand with any simple hints and tips. But this is very much a supervised surf.
